I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Initial Consultation:

Our first meeting would be for you to become more at ease in exploring the counselling process, your reason for deciding to make an appointment and what you hope to gain from working with me. I would explain the area of confidentiality and if you wish to make a further appointment we would set up an initial contract of perhaps 4 sessions on a weekly basis, as and when suits us both.

I work with individuals and couples on an open ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of exploring and making sense of difficult feelings and events. This is intended to facilitate you to live your life more fully, as we explore together how these issues are impacting on your life, work and relationships.
